Hi! My name is Desiree Morton and it’s my second year teaching at MES! I’m coming from a different district where I served for 4 school years as a substitute/teacher assistant. I’ve dreamt about being a Kindergarten teacher since I served as a Kindergarten interim back in 2022. I’ve waited 2 very long years for my dream to come true, but it was VERY much worth the wait.
I'm married to my husband, Caleb who works as a Toyota salesman and we have a 7 year old son, Cooper. When I’m not at school I love watching my comfort shows, enjoying a cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and going to the creek/beach to collect cool rocks. I also have 2 cats, Mr. Meows (Cooper named him!) and Elsa.
